Terms & Conditions – “The Future is Now” Design Competition

By entering this competition, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals of all ages and skill levels.

  • Entrants must reside in South Africa.

  • Employees of Wiber Solutions and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Submission Details

  • All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM on 1st July 2025.

  • Submit entries via email to info@wibersolutions.co.za with the subject line: The Future is Now Entry.

  • Each participant may submit up to two original artworks.

3. Design Requirements

  • Entries must reflect the theme: “The Future is Now.”

  • 1 X Gazebo design & 2 X Sandwich board design to compete.

  • Designs may be created using traditional or digital methods.

    • Traditional artwork must be scanned or photographed in high resolution.

    • Digital designs must be submitted as PDF files, Gazebo must be a minimum of 3000px wide, and Sandwich boards must be A2.

  • Submissions must use Wiber Solutions’ brand colours (Download available here).

  • File naming format: FullName_Title.pdf

4. Prohibited Content

  • No use of profanity, hate speech, drug-related, or offensive imagery.

  • No use of copyrighted material or images unless you hold the rights.

5. Judging and Selection

  • Entries will be judged on originality, creativity, and alignment with the theme.

  • Judges’ decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prizes

Winners will receive:

  • Takealot Vouchers, free internet, and other exciting prizes.

  • Winning design featured as Wiber Solutions’ Facebook cover photo.

  • Public display at marketing events.

  • Full credit on a printed banner display.

7. Usage Rights

  • By entering the competition, you grant Wiber Solutions non-exclusive, royalty-free rights to use your design for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, printed material, and public events.

  • Full credit will be given wherever the artwork is displayed or published.

8. General

  • Wiber Solutions reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms at any time.

  • No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.

  • Prizes are not transferable.
