To temporarily suspend your Wibernet wireless Internet service, we require one full calendar month’s notice. Suspensions are limited to a maximum of one calendar month within any 12 months, and this does not need to be a continuous month. If you require a longer suspension, for example, for seasonal or “swallow” arrangements, please contact our Accounts Department at accounts@wibersolutions.co.za to request special permission. This option is available only to wireless Internet clients.
