Step-by-Step Guide to Your Relocation

Step 1: Contact Wibersolutions to inform us of your upcoming move and need for a relocation. Please complete the relocation form provided on this page.

Step 2: We will immediately notify the Open Access Service Provider (OASP) of the required 30-day cancellation notice and begin the process for installation at your new address.

If you opt for one of our state-of-the-art wireless products, a member of our team will contact you to arrange an appointment for an inspection at the new location to confirm whether a stable wireless connection is available.

If you choose to remain with an OASP for fibre installation, our consultant will contact you to advise which providers are available in your new area.

Step 3: Expect a call from our consultant who will provide you with a quotation for the relocation, arrange an installation date, and send the required service agreement for your review. Once we receive the signed documentation and payment, we will proceed to the next step.

Step 4: Installation Day!

This will take place on a pre-arranged date. Please ensure that you are available on-site to discuss your installation requirements with our technicians and have your router ready for configuration, installation, and testing.
