Changing Locations (Wireless only)

Nobody needs more stress added to the pool when moving house. That’s why we at Wibersolutions do our best to make relocations as easy, and fluid as possible.

Wireless Internet Relocation:

Step 1: Contact Wibersolutions and let us know that you intend to move and require relocation.

Step 2: An inspection will be booked at the new address to confirm whether or not your new premises will be suitable for a wireless internet connection.

Step 3: After the inspection has been completed, and the premises are confirmed to be suitable for a wireless connection, our office will contact you with a quote on the cost to relocate, and to set up a date for the installation. After payment has been received the next step will be in effect.

Step 4: On the day of the installation, a team of our technicians will remove the existing antenna, and any other equipment installed by Wibersolutions related to the wireless internet, and reinstall it at your new location, to your specification.

Please ensure that you have all the equipment including your router ready for our technicians.

You will be given 1 (one) free relocation move (Wireless) in a 12 (twelve) Month period.
