To cancel your service, we require ONE CALENDAR MONTH's notice. An invoice for the premature cancellation of a 24-month agreement, including the installation cost, will be sent under separate cover.
OCTOTEL FIBRE CANCELLATION
- Notice of termination shall only be accepted by Wibersolutions if such notice is made via our website's Cancellation form.
- If such termination notice is made prior to the 20th day of the month and termination can be effected by the 20th day of the current month, the Customer will be responsible for payment of services until the last day of that current calendar month.
- In the event that termination is received after the 20th day of the month, then the Customer will be responsible for payment of services until the last day of the following calendar month.
OCTOTEL FIBRE DOWNGRADE
- Notice of a downgrade shall only be accepted by Wibersolutions if such notice is made via our email to accounts@wibersolutions.co.za
- If such a downgrade notice is made prior to the 20th day of the month and the downgrade can be effected by the 20th day of the current month, the Customer will be responsible for payment of the currently applicable services until the last day of the current calendar month.
- In the event that the request for downgrade is received after the 20th day of the month, then the Customer will be responsible for payment of the currently applicable services until the end of the following month.
