To cancel your service we require ONE CALENDAR MONTH notice. An invoice for the premature cancellation of a 24-month agreement, being the installation cost, will be sent under separate cover.

We require ONE full calendar month for all cancellations, and therefore someone from our Sales department will be in contact with you to advise the earliest date of cancellation, based on the type of service you subscribe to.
